Quick checks
- Make sure Replayable is running — the buffering and hotkeys only work while the app is open. Check the system tray.
- Confirm you are pressing the correct keys. The defaults are Ctrl + Shift + V (video), Ctrl + Shift + A (audio) and Ctrl + Shift + R (overlay).
- Check your keyboard layout and language have not changed — a different layout can change what the hotkey registers as.
Check for conflicting hotkeys
Many other applications register global shortcuts. If another app (for example a game launcher, capturing tool, or overlay) has taken the same combination, Windows will only deliver the keystroke to one listener. In settings, change your Replayable hotkey to a different combination and test it again.
Administrator and elevated windows
If the problem only happens in a specific full-screen game or an application that runs as administrator (while Replayable itself is not elevated), that program may be blocking the global hotkey. Run Replayable as administrator to match the elevation level and give its hotkeys priority.
Still not working?
If you have tried new hotkeys with no conflicting apps and hotkeys still don't register, grab the logs from %APPDATA%\Replayable\logs and contact support, telling us your Windows version and the hotkeys you tried.
