Refund Policy

The basics

Replayable is digital software. Once delivered, it cannot be returned like a physical product. We still offer a reasonable refund window for purchased Replayable Pro licenses, described below.

Important: Replayable Pro is a one-time purchase of $4.99 +GST. It is not a subscription. There are no recurring or annual payments, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring billing to stop.

Standard refund window

If you purchase Replayable Pro and it does not work for you, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. To be eligible:

• the purchase must have been made within the last 14 days; and
• the request must be made through the contact details below with enough information to identify your purchase.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us using the details below and include:

• the email address and/or account used for the purchase;
• the date of purchase; and
• a short reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and, if eligible, process the refund within a reasonable period to the payment method used, subject to the payment provider's processing times.

When we may decline a refund

We may decline a refund in reasonable circumstances, including if:

• the request is made more than 14 days after purchase;
• the software was not the cause of the problem and no reasonable support was attempted first;
• we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse; or
• the request does not provide enough information to identify the purchase.

Where we decline a request, we will explain why and can often still help you resolve the underlying issue through support.

Free version

The free version of Replayable is provided at no cost. There is nothing to refund for the free version.
